IBS Cookbook for
Dummies

by Carolyn Dean MD and Christine Wheeler MA

You either love 'em or hate 'em these 'books for dummies' I actually enjoy them, I suppose I've got used to the format. In any case Dean and Wheeler have put together a lot of information here because, as always, you get a lot for your money with a 'dummies' book. You've got to start somewhere, and you can't go far wrong starting off with this book. If you're one of the 'hate Dummies' brigade, click here to see my other recommended cook books
